Return policy

Our #613 extensions are virgin hair, carefully lifted from our raw 1B natural black shade to achieve a clean, bright blonde while maintaining quality. Each bundle weighs approximately 100g, which reflects hair sourced from a single donor, anything higher than 100grams typically indicate multiple donors. All lengths are measured true to size.

Our bundles feature one consistent, premium thickness, similar to super double drawn rather than standard double drawn. They contain a higher proportion of strands that are nearly the same length, about 80% of the bundle, resulting in a fuller, more uniform appearance from root to tip


At Hermane Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a shopping experience rooted in transparency and care. Due to hygiene reasons, each item undergoes strict quality checks, we have specific guidelines in place to protect all customers.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, just for store credit. Once this window has passed, we are unable to accept any returns.

. To be eligible for a return (store-credit), your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging and all tags are fully intact 
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Still in the 14 days window, starting from the delivery date.

Items with missing tags, or any signs of wear cannot be accepted for return (store-credit).

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and offer you store-credit if eligible. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we provide store credit, which you can use to make a new purchase. Please note that store credit is only issued if the item meets all the return requirements listed above.

Non-exchangeable & Final sale Items

To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Frontals
  • Closures
  • Any item with a removed or broken tag
  • Any item that shows signs of wearing, washing, coloring, or styling

These rules ensure that every customer receives hair that is completely untouched and uncompromised.

Tip for Best Results

For the most natural melt, lightly tint your HD lace to complement your complexion and let the closure air-dry before installation for a smoother blend. When bleaching knots, use a gentle developer and avoid leaving the mixture on for more than ten minutes—often even less is enough. Over-processing can weaken the lace and affect durability, so check it frequently as it lifts. These small steps help your closure lay flawlessly while protecting its quality long-term.

Customer Care

Maintain your Hermane Lace unit by washing it with sulfate-free, moisturizing products to preserve softness and prevent buildup. Keep the hair hydrated with light oils or serums, especially in warm weather or on colored hair. Detangle gently from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb to avoid stress on the lace. Air-dry when possible, limit heat styling, and always apply a heat protectant when using hot tools.
