Processing and shipping times vary depending on whether your item is marked as a Pre-Order and Sales Product or a Regular Product.

Product Types
A. Pre-Order & Sale Products
Items labeled Pre-Order or Sales require additional processing time before shipment.
This allows us to prepare, verify, and package your order with the level of care Hermane Studio is known for.
Pre-Order Processing Time:
3–7 business days before shipment.
Shipping begins once your pre-order has completed processing.
B. Regular Products
Regular Processing Time:
3–5 business days before shipment.
Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.
Shipping Within Canada
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
3-5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping (Including USA)
We use reliable carriers such as FedEx for fast international delivery.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + Regular Items)
If your order contains both Pre-Order and Regular items, the order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
To receive regular items sooner, please place separate orders.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered completed deliveries; customers must contact the carrier for missing parcels and reach out to us for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 48hours. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately at hello.hermanestudio@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve the issue.
We strongly recommend not refusing a delivery. If a package is rejected by the customer for any reason, FedEx or Canada Post will return it to us and apply a return fee, which must be paid by the customer.
Any store credit issued will be reduced to cover carrier’s return charges or custom fees. If the customer does not respond and the carrier marks the parcel as abandoned, the package will be destroyed. In such cases, no refund or credit can be provided.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.
