Refund policy

At Hermane Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a shopping experience rooted in transparency and care. Due to hygiene reasons, each item undergoes strict quality checks, we have specific guidelines in place to protect all customers.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, just for store credit. Once this window has passed, we are unable to accept any returns.

. To be eligible for a return (store-credit), your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging and all tags are fully intact 
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Still in the 14 days window, starting from the delivery date.

Items with missing tags, or any signs of wear cannot be accepted for return (store-credit).

Please note:

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping

We kindly encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout to ensure you’ve selected the correct lengths, textures, and quantities.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for a store-credit, please contact us at hello.hermanestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and offer you store-credit if eligible. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we provide store credit, which you can use to make a new purchase. Please note that store credit is only issued if the item meets all the return requirements listed above.

Non-exchangeable & Final sale Items

To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Frontals
  • Closures
  • Any item with a removed or broken tag
  • Any item that shows signs of wearing, washing, coloring, or styling

These rules ensure that every customer receives hair that is completely untouched and uncompromised.
