Yes. Our raw hair and HD lace can be professionally colored to #613.

With proper care, raw hair can last 3–5 years. Lace products have a shorter lifespan due to their delicate nature, especially HD lace, which is designed for a flawless melt.

Length can appear different depending on texture:

• Straight textures fall true to length
• Wavy + curly textures appear shorter due to their pattern. If you want extra length or volume, you may prefer sizing up.

This depends on your desired volume and length:

• 12"–16": 3 bundles
• 18"–24": 3 bundles
• 26" and above: 3–4 bundles for fullness

Treat your extensions as you would your own hair:

• Wash with gentle, sulfate-free products
• Deep condition & minimize heat styling
• Allow hair to air-dry when possible
• Sleep with a satin bonnet or pillowcase

Processing takes 3–5 business days for regular orders and 3–7 business days for pre-orders.

Shipping typically takes 3–5 days. During launches or holiday periods, please allow up to 7–12 business days.
